On October 14, the customer service center of the District Power Supply Company formed a special service team and visited the Ningbo Home-Link Technology Co., Ltd. Through on-site inspections of electrical equipment in production workshops and face-to-face communication with enterprise representatives, they conducted a comprehensive check of potential power usage risks, providing a "diagnosis" for the company's electricity consumption.

It is reported that the Ningbo Home-Link Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of fully biodegradable products and plastic daily necessities. As a manufacturing enterprise, its production lines operate 24/7, with an annual electricity consumption exceeding 95 million kWh and monthly electricity costs of approximately 5 million yuan. Given its large-scale power usage, the company has extremely high requirements for the stability and reliability of the power supply. Any fluctuation in electricity provision would directly impact production schedules and product quality.

During the visit, the customer service center adopted a dual-track approach of "on-site inspection + big data analysis". By examining real-time customer load data and historical electricity consumption curves in the system, staff conducted in-depth analysis of power usage data. Based on the company's production characteristics, they tailored an energy efficiency optimization plan, guiding the enterprise to further refine its production schedule, balance monthly electricity load, and avoid excessive concentrated usage during peak hours. Additionally, they promoted new energy-saving technologies and products, re-inspected reactive power compensation devices to ensure power factor compliance, effectively reducing electricity adjustment costs and helping the company achieve energy conservation and cost control. Furthermore, the District Power Supply Company identified the user's maintenance plans and peak-shaving potential, implementing detailed preemptive load management measures.

To expand service coverage, the District Power Supply Company established a multi-dimensional load management and inspection system combining "online analysis + offline visits". Following the principle of "division by region and industry", they conduct regular surveys of key enterprises within their jurisdiction to accurately grasp the electricity demands of different industries. Since mid-September this year, load resource profiles for five high-voltage users have been completed, adding 2,000 kW of adjustable load resources, laying the foundation for optimized regional power resource allocation.

For the next step, the District Power Supply Company will further explore the potential for flexible load adjustment across the district. They will organize staff to conduct "one-on-one" visits to major users within their jurisdiction, dynamically update enterprise electricity usage profiles, and accurately assess the region's power load adjustment capacity. These efforts will tangibly help enterprises reduce energy costs and strengthen the foundation for regional power supply-demand balance and reliable electricity provision.
