On June 25, the Luoto Subdistrict held an emergency firefighting skills competition, aligning with the theme of the 24th National Work Safety Month: "Everyone Advocates Safety, All Can Respond to Emergencies—Identifying Hidden Hazards Around Us". The event was organized by the Luoto Subdistrict Party Working Committee and Office, and hosted by the Electromechanical Industrial Community and the Luoto Chamber of Commerce. 10 corporate teams, including Bros Eastern Co., Ltd., participated in the event.
The competition focused on core emergency response capabilities, featuring four practical events, namely "Donning Firefighting Gear", "Hose Bowling", "Rapid Fire Control Pioneer", and "Hazardous Chemical Leak Emergency Response". "Through hands-on skill contests, we aim to enhance employees' safety awareness and emergency response abilities, strengthening the safety foundation for high-quality development," said a Luoto Subdistrict official.
Teams raced against time, connected hoses, and extinguished fires with seamless coordination, showcasing their rigorous safety training. After intense competition and scoring, the Bros Eastern won the first prize for its outstanding performance, while the Shenxi Testing and the Allstar Optoelectronics secured second and third places, respectively.
"This real-world competition not only tested participants' mental resilience and skills but also strengthened enterprises' rapid response and teamwork in emergencies, fostering a strong culture of safety and mutual learning," remarked representatives from multiple competing teams.
A concurrent ceremony honored 10 Luoto Subdistrict "Micro and Small Industrial Parks Meeting Standardized Safety Management" and 10 "Grade A Work Safety Credit Rating" enterprises with official certifications.
