On June 24, the inauguration ceremony of the Electromechanical Industrial Community Trade Union Federation in the Luotuo Subdistrict and the launch of the three major initiatives under the "Warm Community, Caring Union" campaign were held at the Luotuo Chamber of Commerce Party-Mass Service Center, with 38 representatives from enterprise trade unions in the area attending.

During the first member congress of the Electromechanical Industrial Community Trade Union Federation, the first-term committee members and fund-review committee members were elected. This establishes a new platform and creates fresh opportunities to advance the reform of industrial worker development, enhance the overall quality of the workforce, and stimulate innovation and creativity.

The simultaneous launch of the three major initiatives under "Warm Community, Caring Union" aims to leverage the service role of the Trade Union Federation, further empower enterprise development, safeguard workers' rights, and jointly build a harmonious community. "Let the union be proactive, influential, perceptible, and caring. Together, we will refine distinctive features, create highlights, and actively contribute the immense strength of the working class to the high-quality socio-economic development in the Luotuo Subdistrict," said a relevant official from the District Trade Union Council.

"The Trade Union Federation must fully serve as the 'guardian' of workers' rights, ensuring the 'warmth of the union' accompanies their journey of striving, and jointly writing a new chapter for the Electromechanical Industrial Community," said Jiang Kaijie, Secretary of the Electromechanical Industrial Community Party Committee.
