Recently, the Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Bureau released the list of Ningbo’s public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises. The 329 Entrepreneurship Community, operated by the Ningbo Qingchuang Information Technology Co., Ltd., and the MH Digital Economy Industrial Park, managed by the Ningbo Hongrui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., were included on the list.

The Ningbo Julian Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a tenant of the 329 Entrepreneurship Community, is a mobile internet IT solutions provider. "The park not only provides us with office space but also offers various entrepreneurial guidance and information consulting services. For professional services, the park has specially invited lawyers to share insights on avoiding legal risks during entrepreneurship," said a representative of the Julian Technology. Thanks to the park’s precise support, the Julian Technology has established partnerships with hundreds of organizations, including the Ningbo Informatization Promotion Association.

The 329 Entrepreneurship Community provides one-stop services for micro, small and startup enterprises, helping them achieve the leap "from 0 to 1". "The 329 Entrepreneurship Community has built a comprehensive service chain covering 'makers—nursery—entrepreneurial incubation—growth acceleration', creating a full-domain growth space integrating 'platforms + universities + enterprises + grassroots service points', and establishing a diversified service system of 'training + policy incentives + financial support'," said a representative of the Ningbo Qingchuang.

"The MH Digital Economy Industrial Park provides multi-dimensional services such as digital empowerment, financing matchmaking, management consulting, human resources, and entrepreneurial guidance for e-commerce, technology, and cultural innovation enterprises, strongly supporting cost reduction and efficiency improvement," said a representative of Ningbo Hongrui. Leveraging the advantages of Zhenhai’s emerging service industry, the MH SME Public Service Platform offers specialized services such as shared photography bases, cross-border talent training, supply chain matchmaking, and market expansion, growing in tandem with enterprises.

Previously, Zhenhai already had one national-level and five municipal-level public service demonstration platforms for SMEs. A representative from the Zhenhai District Economic and Information Technology Bureau stated that they hope the honored units will pool social service resources, continue to provide various public welfare services for SMEs in the district and industry, stimulate their innovation vitality, development potential, and transformation momentum, and contribute to Zhenhai’s high-quality economic and social development.
