Recently, with the last switchgear, the 35 kV switchgear at the Yunlong Station, electrified, the entire Ningbo Metro Line 7 project has achieved "electrification".
"Electrification" is a key link in the entire power supply system to provide stable power to subway equipment, which is equivalent to injecting "blood" into all stations along the line. The achievement of this critical node provides power guarantee for the live commissioning of communication, signal, power lighting, ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as the smooth implementation of high-speed train commissioning, comprehensive joint commissioning and other work on the entire Line 7, and also provides power guarantee for the subsequent "hot sliding test" of the entire line.
Line 7 starts from the Yunlong Station in the Yinzhou District in the south and ends at the Yufan Station in the Zhenhai District in the north, passing through the Xiaying Subdistrict, the Eastern New Town, the Old Bund, Wantou, Zhuangqiao, and the Zhenhai New Town. It is an urban line that links the north and south directions of the city. The total length of the line is about 39.47 kilometers, with 25 stations. The entire line is equipped with a "one section, one parking lot" system, including the Xiaying South Parking Depot and the Lianqun Parking Lot. The entire power supply system adopts a two-stage voltage centralized power supply of 110/35 kV, with three main substations in Fujia, Sakura Park, and Lianqun.
To ensure the smooth completion of the "electrification" node of Line 7 project, the Ningbo Rail Transit overcame difficulties such as multiple cross construction processes and tight schedule, and planned ahead and centrally arranged. During the peak period of ensuring the construction of each substation in the power supply project, there are more than 300 construction and technical personnel on site. Each profession performs their own duties, coordinates and cooperates, and promotes the power transmission work in an orderly manner. During the Spring Festival holiday, more than 100 construction workers and technical personnel stayed on the front line to ensure power supply. After the holiday, personnel were quickly organized to return to work. On the first working day of the Year of the Snake, more than 400 people were on duty to rectify problems, carry out equipment debugging, pre-power transmission condition acceptance and other work in an orderly manner, and provide strong support for the key node of "electrification" on the sixth day after the resumption of work after the holiday.
