From April 8 to April 11, district leaders led heads from relevant departments in charge of science and technology, market regulatory, and human resources and social security to Jinyang for exchanges and researches.

During the visit, the East-West China Cooperation Zhenhai Assistance Technical Talent Registration Conference and Labor Cooperation Recruitment Fair were held.

During their stay in Jinyang, district leaders and their delegation visited units where temporary technical talents were located, such as the County People's Hospital and the Downtown Primary School and so on. At the County People's Hospital, the district leaders listened to the introduction to "group-style" medical assistance and visited the hemodialysis room and physical examination center. They affirmed the achievements of medical cooperation between the East and West China, saying that these medical assistance projects have enabled the people of Jinyang to enjoy high-quality services at their doorstep.

The district leaders also inspected locations such as the Zhenhai · Jinyang E-commerce Industrial Enclave (Xichang Operation Center), the Jinyang River Three Gorges Lianxin Bridge, the Jinyang Middle School, the Dongshan Community Home Service Company, multi-functional supermarkets, and the Points Exchange Supermarket for changing existing habits and customs and so on. At the Jinyang Middle School, the district leaders praised the school's hardware facilities and highly praised the teachers who adhered to stay. They encouraged the teachers from Zhenhai's in group to provide education assistance and to forge ahead and contribute to the development of Jinyang's education cause.

During this period, leaders of the Jinyang County accompanied and had in-depth discussions and exchanges with the leaders of the Zhenhai District on related work.
