In the afternoon of November 27, Tong Huaqiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhenhai District Committee and District Mayor of the Zhenhai District, led a delegation to visit and investigate the Jiulonghu Town, and organized a meeting.

Tong Huaqiang and his delegation firstly visited the Jiulong Mountain Villa. The Jiulong Mountain Villa is a four-star standard hotel located in the Jiulong Lake Scenic Area. Due to its early construction, there are shortcomings in its functional layout and problems such as outdated facilities and termite infestations, which urgently require maintenance and renovation. After a detailed understanding of the hotel's protective development and construction plan, Tong Huaqiang pointed out that it is necessary to further improve the quality positioning, accelerate the comparison and selection of development plans, strengthen maintenance measures such as termite control, innovate business concepts and operating models, accelerate project investment, promote renovation as soon as possible, and realize benefits as soon as possible.

At the meeting, Tong Huaqiang listened to the progress of key work in the Jiulonghu Town in 2024 and working ideas for 2025, and affirmed the achievements of the town's economic and social development. He encouraged the Jiulonghu Town to seize major opportunities such as the construction of the Ningbo-Cixi Railway, the landing of Integrated Circuit Industrial Park, and the planning of the Cuiping Mountain Central Park, strengthen infrastructure and industry, expand the scale of the town, explore new scenarios, models, and formats, and enable the Jiulonghu Town to accumulate new energy and shine with a new face.

Tong Huaqiang emphasized the need to accelerate the upgrading of industries, tap into their potential, make full use of resource endowments, promote the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism, and ensure that investment promotion is not relaxed but continuous. We must make every effort to tackle land acquisition, relocation, and resettlement, strengthen overall planning and coordination, and ensure fairness and justice. We need to carefully plan our work for next year, enhance our initiative and enthusiasm, increase the disposal of land that has been approved but not yet supplied or supplied but not yet used, plan and reserve "dual" and "two new" projects, tackle difficult problems and obstacles, and accelerate the construction of key blocks and projects.
