On November 12, Zhou Bo, Chairman of CPPCC Liaoning Provincial Committee, led a delegation to Zhenhai to study and inspect the development experience and achievements of the green petrochemical industry. Zhang Xuewei, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, Zhang Shifang, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Ningbo Municipal Committee, and Lin Daji and Sun Dahai, leaders of the Zhenhai District, accompanied the delegation for the research.

The delegation visited the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone and successively inspected the Ningbo LG Yongxing Chemical Co., Ltd., the Ningbo ZRCC Lyondell Chemical Co., Ltd., the Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company, and the Sinopec Ningbo New Materials Research Institute to gain a detailed understanding of the park's exploration and practice in industrial chain extension and low-carbon circular development.

The delegation said that the development path of the green petrochemical industry in Zhenhai is quite worthy of reference. The delegation will fully learn and absorb the good practices and experiences of Zhenhai, combine them with their local development reality in Liaoning, accelerate the construction of industrial clusters, and improve the level of industrial park construction in Liaoning.
