Responsibilities
He is responsible for education, health care, medical insurance, archives, foreign affairs, overseas Chinese affairs, finance, insurance, enterprise listing service and so on. He is in charge of the Zhenhai Education Bureau, Zhenhai Health Care Bureau, Zhenhai Medical Insurance Bureau, Zhenhai Office of Foreign Affairs, Zhenhai Local Financial Supervision Bureau, and Zhenhai Financial Development Service Center. He is responsible for contact with the Federation of Trade Unions, Youth League Committee, Women's Federation, Committee of Next Generation Care, the Red Cross Society, Archives Bureau, Archives Hall, Taiwan Affairs Office, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Overseas Chinese Federation and financial insurance units.
Biographical Notes
Male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1976 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. He is a university graduate. He began his first job in July 1999 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1998. He used to serve as Assistant Director of Life Insurance Supervision Division, Assistant Director and Deputy Director of Property Insurance Supervision Division, Deputy Director and Director of Legal Affairs Division and Director of Office of the Ningbo Insurance Regulatory Bureau; Director and First-class Researcher of the Banking Institution Inspection Division of the Ningbo Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau. He has become Deputy Director of the Zhenhai District People’s Government since December 2021 and Chairman of the Zhenhai District Red Cross Society since April 2022.
