Deputy District Mayor：He Jianliang

Responsibilities

He is responsible for commerce, service industries, exhibitions, investment promotion, opening-up, ports, comprehensive bonded zones, digital government, digital reform, data and other related work. He assists in work concerning paired assistance and regional cooperation.

He is in charge of the District Bureau of Commerce, the District Investment Promotion Center, the District Data Service Center and the Haijiang Company.

He maintains liaison with the Zhenhai Customs, the Zhenhai Maritime Office, the Zhenhai Border Inspection Station, the Zhenhai Coast Guard Workstation, the District Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Zhenhai Branch of China Telecom, the Zhenhai Branch of China Mobile and the Zhenhai Branch of China Unicom.

Biographical Notes

Male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1981, university education, member of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. He currently serves as Deputy District Mayor of the Zhenhai District People's Government.
