On June 16, a delegation, led by Shi Xuejun, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Fengyang County, Anhui Province, visited the Zhenhai District to investigate and have exchanges community property management. Bao Zhian, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Zhenhai District People's Congress, accompanied the delegation for the visit.

The delegation went to the Hesheng International City Community and the Tongxin Lake Community, visiting the property management work and Red property alliance positions in the Zhenhai District, observing and experiencing the "Tongxin Housekeeper" smart property system, listening to the reports of property service enterprises and on community property management, and exchanging ideas on and discussing the experience and practices in the construction of assessment and incentive mechanism and credit system and so on.

At present, the Zhenhai District is actively carrying out the evaluation of "red property" creation, encouraging residential communities to optimize the construction of "red owners' committee" to enable grassroots governance. On the basis of the provincial "red property" projects awarded to 10 residential quarters in the district in 2021, Zhenhai will continue to increase incentives and publicity, and build "red property" into an excellent Party building brand in industrial management and grassroots governance, accelerate the improvement of property service quality and the high-quality development of the property management industry.

At the subsequent symposium, the person in charge of the Zhenhai District Housing, Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Bureau introduced the successful experience of the district on the aspects of Party building leading the community governance, building a red property alliance co-governance pattern, strengthening the supervision measures of the property management industry, and the public security management mechanism of "police and property management co-construction". Shi Xuejun agreed with the district's efforts to deepen the construction of the community red owners' committee, select key social workers as public housing owners into the owners' committee, and reward and punish the "red black list" of property service quality respectively. He will bring back Zhenhai's good experience, good practices and good ideas, apply them to the actual work of Fengyang, so as to solidly improve the community property management.
