Lately, as is learnt from the Zhenhai District Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the preliminary researches for the Luotuo Bridge Future Community Project has passed the technical review carried out by the Ningbo Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning. The implementation unit is located in the Luotuo Sub-district, extending to the Sanwu Road in the east, Zhongda River in the south, Zhenluo Road in the north and Cihai Road in the west with a land area of about 25.86 hectares.

As is learnt, the plot under researches mainly include residential buildings with supporting commercial, cultural, educational and other service facilities. The Luotuo North Station, a rail transit station, has been planned to be constructed on the west side of the plot. It is surrounded by commercial facilities such as Aegean Sea Shopping Park, a vegetable and fruit trading market, the Luotuo Middle School and the Luotuo Sub-district Healthcare Service Center and so on. Generally speaking, the supporting facilities are relatively perfect.

The project is the first pilot future community project in the Zhenhai District. It takes “1 island, 3 axes and 4 areas” as the overall structure, carries 9 future scenes in combination with the characteristic space, focuses on creating historical memory scenes and future traffic scenes relying on the old street of the Luotuo Sub-district and rail stations, and studies and suggests the overall design of residential and commercial buildings on the 4 banks of 2 rivers to be implemented step by step.
