The Zhenhai District Cultural, Radio, TV, Tourism and Sports Bureau (Zhenhai District Cultural Market Comprehensive Administration & Law Enforcement Team), together with the Zhenhai District Public Security Bureau and the Zhenhai District Comprehensive Administration & Law Enforcement Bureau, carried out inspections of 6 Internet bars in the Zhenhai District, focusing on real name registration, no smoking and garbage classification, etc. in these Internet bars.

At each Internet bar, the inspection team carefully checked whether the Internet bar had strictly implemented the real name Internet access system, the information of Internet users, and ID cards of some suspected juvenile Internet users, and verified their age information to ensure that there were no juveniles in the bar. At the same time, the inspection team actively carried out publicity on the establishment of a civilized city of Ningbo among Internet bar operators, urged Internet bar operators to enhance their sense of social responsibility, strengthen garbage classification and implementation of the smoking ban in the bar, and resolutely realize civilized and healthy bar operation, and create a safe, legal and healthy environment for internet surfing.

After the inspections, it’s found that the overall situation of each Internet bar is generally good. Most Internet bars strictly implement the real name registration, so as to prevent juveniles from surfing the internet; smoking control is also in place, and the environment is clean and tidy.

“Today, we carry out this joint action of multiple departments, aiming to urge all Internet bars to do a good job in real name registration, ban smoking within the Internet bars, and accurate garbage classification, so as to create a civilized and favorable internet-surfing environment and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a civilized city of Ningbo.” Ding Fang, a member of the Zhenhai District Cultural Market Comprehensive Administration & Law Enforcement Team, said.
