The Ningbo Art Teaching & Research Staff Meeting was held in the Zhenhai Jiaochuan Central Primary School on September 4. Art teaching and research staff from all countries, districts and sub-cities in Ningbo participated in the meeting.
At the meeting, the tasks in the new semester were deployed in accordance with the working arrangements of the Ningbo Art Teaching & Research Section in 2020. In particular, the major work of this semester, such as the evaluation of high-quality art courses in primary schools, young artists in art teaching circles in junior high schools, art sampling tests, art festival competitions, etc., were explained in detail. It’s hoped that all localities could ensure smooth development of routine activities while doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, and make full use of competitions for growing up and promote development through competitions.
A special lecture on fine arts with the theme of “in-depth learning” was held, explaining the concept of in-depth learning and the composition of in-depth learning. It also explained the attributes and classification of in-depth learning and advocated that people should think more and try more in the future in art teaching, and give full play to the standard characteristics of the art discipline.
At the meeting, the teaching and research staff exchanged views on fine arts teaching and research work in the 2020 academic year, made clear the direction of future development, and put forward reasonable suggestions on how to solve current art teaching related problems.
