In the morning of November 13, the Zhejiang Province Anti-COVID-19 Commending Conference was held, and after that, the Zhejiang Province Anti-COVID-19 Commending Conference Zhenhai Sub-conference was held. The conference, on behalf of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government, awarded outstanding persons and groups in Zhenhai for their efforts for the fight against the epidemic of COVID-19. Present at the conference, there were Lin Yalian, Vice Chairman of the Ningbo Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Secretary of the CPC Zhenhai District Committee, and district leaders of He Libin, Gu Guofang, Hu Zuyou and Yu Quanyun, and so on.

2 units and 5 persons in the Zhenhai District were awarded at the conference. The Party Branch of the Zhenhai District Disease Prevention & Control Center was honored as an Outstanding Grass-root Party Organization in the Zhejiang Province. Persons, including Yan Peiling, Zhang Shaolei, Tan Jiugen, Yang Bin and Zhong Yan were awarded as Outstanding Persons for the Fight against the COVID-19 in the Zhejiang Province. The Party Branch of the Zhenhai District Disease Prevention & Control Center and the Zhenhai High School were awarded as Outstanding Groups for the Fight against the COVID-19 in the Zhejiang Province.

Lin Yalian and He Libin granted award to these outstanding persons and groups for their fight against the epidemic of COVID-19, encouraged these persons and groups to continue to play their leading roles and make more contributions to the fight against the epidemic and to resumption of work and production. The Party Branch of the Zhenhai District Disease Prevention & Control Center, and Sun Haixiong, a district leader in Zhenhai honored as a “Good Cadre with Responsibilities in the Zhejiang Province”, winning 2 awards each, attended the Zhejiang Province Anti-COVID-19 Commending Conference for receiving their awards.

Ever since the outbreak of the epidemic, the Zhenhai District has been firmly implementing all decisions and deployments made by the Central Government, the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the CPC Ningbo Municipal Committee on prevention and control of the epidemic, taking effective measures, responding quickly, mobilizing every person and unit that can be of help, deploying every detailed task, taking precise measures, and uniting together for cooperation, so as to prevent and control the epidemic in a scientific, powerful and all-round way and to contribute to significant economic and social development. At the conference, it’s required that every Party member cadre in the Zhenhai District firmly follow and implement decisions and deployments made by the Central Government for winning the fight against the epidemic, strengthen “Four Consciousnesses”, stay firm to “Four Self Confidence”, achieve “Two Maintenance”, take precise measures, prevent and control the epidemic in a scientific way, be eager to succeed while practicing, and contribute as much as they could for the work of “Six Stabilities”, the fulfillment of the task of “Six Guarantees”, and the realization of the “Two Wars against the Epidemic and for Economic and Social Development with Dual Strong Tactics”.
