Directions to the District Chief’s mailbox

As a part of the government portal website , the District Chief’s mailbox, committed by the district chief, is an online way to obtain advice and suggestion on the Zhenhai district people’s government (sub-district office and towns included) as well as the government departments from the citizen ,legal person and organizations. we’ll give your mails to the related departments through certain processes and they will give you the feedback online in a limited time.

Article 1:  Issues accepted by the district chief’s mailbox

1. advice and suggestion on policy, decision, major actions and great events of the government

2. problems about the administrative execution.

3. problems about the duty behavior of the personnel appointed or dispatched by the national administrative departments in the administrative departments,  and its personnel, social organizations as well as enterprises and public institutions

4. advice on the public security events as in major accidents, disasters and public security.

5. advice on the problems affecting the basic public service in the people’s life.

Article 2: Issues not accepted by the district chief’s mailbox

1. issues already solved or supposed to be solved by the legal ways as prosecution, arbitration and administrative reconsideration.

2. issues administrated by the party committees of levels and their executive departments , the NPC and its standing committee or the troop.

3. problems solved by the letter petition.

4. the problems accepted or being dealt with through the letter petition which were submitted on the basis of the same fact and reason in the prescribed time limit.

5. issues without the inaccurate or not detailed necessary information and concrete context, which prevent the further investigation.

6. the marketing problems on the product promotion and the intermediary service.

7. the administrative issues which are supposed to be submitted by stages through regular channels.

8. the communication of documents like letters of invitation and notification.

9. in the prescribed time limit, please not to submit repeatedly the same issue and request.

Article 3: the time limit for responding the letters in the district chief’s mailbox: the letters of ordinary problems in 5 days, the letters of major importance in 10 to 20 days, the letters concerning the district policy in 30 to 60 days.

Attention.

Abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations ,rules , the public morals and the regulations of the District Chief Mailbox. You’re supposed to write the letter on the basis of facts and not to make up facts ,slander and frame others.

the mailbox is different from the letter petition system ,so our processes and the ways dealing with issues are different.

state completely your requests, facts and reasons with clear expressions. Go directly to the point of issues with proper description of details. Try to describe one problem clearly in a letter and try not to be intemperate or impolite. Please not to write your letters in the form of linked webpages or the reports of other medias.

leave your true name ,telephone number ,address and email to us for the feedback of your issues.

after the successful submitting letters, the faculty of the government website will accept your letters in limited working days, so please not to submit repeatedly. Meanwhile, please keep well the the mail number and a password given to you. After you input the two numbers in the “ information of acceptance” on the webpage of District Chief Mailbox, you’ll know how the advancement of your issues or get the responds.
